RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

As always, we gladly accept returns and exchanges of new, unused merchandise accompanied by a receipt free of charge. In order to improve our customer service and shopping experience we would like to know the reason of return/exchange. Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. For returns the customers need to E-mail invoice, letter of explanation including:

  3. Gender Information
  4. Payment Information
  5. When you contact us
  6. Purchase History
  7. Wish list
  8. Location Data

REFUND POLICY

You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return (note this email confirmation will be delayed), and you can expect your refund within 3 business days of that communication — issued in the form of the original payment or store credit. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.

Merchandise must meet our requirements for return:

  • Full-price and sale items in their original condition, with all tags attached, may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
  • Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
  • We do not offer returns/exchanges for the change of mind
  • Customers are expected to pay for the shipping charges of the exchanged items.

SHIPPING ERRORS & DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Your happiness with your order is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Oanny Fashion will provide a prepaid shipping label to expedite returns. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact us at ----------

We are not liable for lost items or packages due to the wrong or incomplete delivery address provided to Oanny Fashion.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please note: order processing may take up to 2 days. After it ships, your order will be delivered within

10 days for American/ European (England/UK) customers. 

12 days for Canadian customers

11 days for German/French/Italian customers

Note: Shipping time can vary during holiday season.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days, after credit card verification. All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or federal holidays in the US.

ORDER TRACKING

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. 

For your convenience, you will see the expected delivery date for your order when you select a delivery option, on the Order Confirmation page, on the Order Details page, and the Order Confirmation email.

DELIVERY POLICY

If you refuse delivery of your order, it will be returned to our distribution center and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
